    Lifetime Warranty

    Q Custom Rings offers a lifetime guarantee on all of our rings. If you ever experience any issues with your purchase, please send us a message and we would gladly help! If the issue is due to manufacturing, we will repair or replace your rings for free. Damages due to buyer negligence is not covered by this warranty. Within the first year of purchase, we will replace accent diamonds that go missing due to manufacturing defects. Any repairs or work done outside Q Custom Rings will void this warranty.

    Conditions of Return

    Items must be returned in their original condition and with all the packaging included. Please send us a message prior to returning items so we can assist you.

    Free Resizing & Center Stone Upgrades

    We want to ease all your worries! Here at Q Custom Rings, we offer FREE resizing and center stone upgrades. The ring doesn’t fit? You want to get the design now and change the center stone later? Just send us a message and we’ll help you out!

    Processing Time

    All pieces are custom made, so it takes some time to complete them, so please take this into account when buying. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.

    Rush Orders

    If you need this item faster for a wedding or special event, please let us know. We will try our best to cater to your schedule. Please note that there are additional fees to rush orders (to expedite manufacture and shipping).

    Layaway

    We try to make it as easy as possible for our customers to get the jewelry they want without hurting their wallets/purses, so a layaway plan is available. We can quickly agree to a period and pricing plan that will allow you to pay worry-free.

    Here are the ground rules:
    • Initial payment required: 20%.
    • When the item is 60% paid, I will make the item and keep it for you until it’s fully paid.
    • When the item is 100% paid, I will send it to you.
    • If, for any reason, the item is not completely paid, we’ll charge you a 20% restock fee.
    • You will get a refund for the rest within 2 business days after the cancellation of the order.

    Are platinum rings refundable?

    Everything in our shop is returnable for a full refund except for platinum rings and custom-made orders.

    Platinum rings (other than custom orders) are subject to the following:

    - Returns - 30% Restocking fee + The shipping fee that was paid
    - Resizing - $65 Fee

    Can I cancel my order after placing the order?

    You have a 24-hour window to cancel your order after it's been placed. However, please be aware that any cancellations made after this period will incur a 40% restocking fee for all items. It's important to note that since each item is meticulously handmade, canceling an order during production causes significant losses for our small business.
